RISING ALMA – Rising Alma is a Melodic Hard Rock, female-fronted, multinational formation founded in 2021. The lyrics are about the Arab Spring in 2010, when there was an uprising against all regimes that oppressed their people, as well as the protests of monks in 1963 against the capture of Tibet by the Chinese government and army. Most of the protests were peaceful. The violence came from the state, police and army. The uprising gained strength as self-immolations occurred.
